Timada Developments is an established Company that has traded for some considerable time.

Originally set up as a building company approximately 35 years ago, we stumbled into the 'Letting Market' initially by taking on the maintenance and subsequently the full management of a rented property for a member of the family. Since then we have dealt with a recognised need within the private residential rental sector for professional but personal property management. Over the years, not only our experience, but also our property portfolio has continued to grow, and we endeavor to maintain high standards reflected in the trust and responsibility invested in us by our customers.

It should also be noted that we have branched into the letting of industrial units at costs that are considerably less than our competitors. Our portfolio deals with the management of offices. a warehouse, and a garage.
