applying for a tenancy
Application
Once a suitable property has been selected we require a completed Tenant Application Form and a non-refundable Administration fee of £95
(A reduction of £15 will be allowed for single tenants). In addition,
we will also require copies of your last three payslips and two forms
of identification (e.g. passport, driving licence, any photo ID).
Confirmation of tenancy approval is at the discretion of the Managing
Agent.
Credit Referencing
We use a company called Letsure to carry out the required referencing to ascertain the suitability of all prospective tenants. You must be
in full time employment so that income and existing landlord/lender
can be referenced. You must also be 18 years of age or over, and be
free from County Court Judgements and bankruptcy orders.
Guarantor
On occasions a Guarantor may be required. An additional fee of £50 will be required to cover office administration and further referencing.
