Deposit
A Security Deposit of at least £400 (or sum equivalent to one month's rent if the rent is greater than £400) is due, in cash, at the
handover of the property. Alternatively, your deposit may be paid by
cheque no later than seven working days before the handover of the
property. This Deposit is held in a separate account by The Deposit
Protection Service and is refundable at the end of the tenancy - but
may be subject to any dilapidation consideration
Payment of rent
The rent is to be paid by the date due, each month, in advance. Our preferred method is by standing order although cash payments can be
made to the office. We do not have the credit card facility for
receiving money. Please be aware that there is a penalty for late
payment.
