Pets
Not all landlords will allow domestic pets in the property (exception- small caged animals and birds), but if permission is granted, a Pet
Permission contract will be issued and an additional deposit of £150 must be provided. Once again, any deposits are held by The Deposit Protection Service.
Type/Length of Tenancy
The majority of our tenancies are Assured Shorthold Tenancies and are usually drawn up for a period of six months (we can produce longer
tenancies if agreed by all parties). After the initial term has
expired the tenancy may be extended to a 'Periodic greement.(month by
month basis)'
Inventory
The contents and condition of the property will be recorded before your occupation, and a copy will be made available for you to approve.
