Property Condition
The condition of the property is a major factor in achieving a good rental price. It attracts a more discerning type of tenant and hence we would always recommend that you keep the property in the best possible condition.
Tenants Rights
We request that you permit the tenant to live in the property without harassment. We welcome any visits to the property (either for an inspection or to carry out maintenance work), But we ask that you offer the courtesy of 48 hrs notice to your tenants.
