Setting Up
A setting-up charge will be made to cover the cost of opening your account. This fee includes such things as advertising, office administration (eg Drawing up of both Tenancy and Landlord Agreements, producing a detailed inventory, taking digital photographs as necessary, etc). The fee for this service is currently £85 (+ VAT) for the first tenancy, and £60 (+ VAT) for each subsequent tenancy thereafter.
Rent Commission
There is a charge of 10% (+ VAT) on the rent collected. This commission is deducted monthly and detailed on your Rent Statement. A reduced commission is charged for owners of multiple properties.
