Insurance
We strongly advise that all tenant take out adequate Contents Insurance. Most Insurance Companies will offer a rent specific policy
- It is a requirement that insurance cover is extended to include
accidental damage to the Landlord's contents, fixtures & fittings.
Utilities
All utilities (gas, electric, water and council tax) are considered to be the responsibility of the tenant. We will, however, advise the relevant companies of any change of tenancy and confirm the relevant
meter readings. You must make your own arrangements with any
telecommunications company and arrange for the payment of a television
license.
